Frequently asked questions
Who can get help from Supercharge INC?
Nonprofits, community groups, faith-based organizations doing community work, and small public organizations, mainly in Elkhart County and the Michiana region. You don’t need to be a registered 501(c)(3) to come to a workshop.
What does it cost?
Workshops, tech help sessions and the resource library are free. Starter AI assistants are free or low-cost depending on your budget, and we tell you any cost in writing before work starts.
Do we need to know anything about AI first?
No. Our workshops start from zero and use your real tasks: emails, schedules, volunteer questions and reports.
Is our information safe?
You decide what goes into any tool. We help you write simple rules for what must never go into an AI tool, like donor, client or health details, and we set up assistants to answer only from information you approve.
